Just an all around good company. We had an issue with out ford and they fixed it for us. I would definitely recommend buying from them and doing trade ins. Thank you so much for everything you guys have done. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!
It was so fantastic dealing with all of their staff. From the salesman that showed more patience than Jobe to their finance man Justin Allen, it was the best experience ever for my daughter's first vehicle. Thank you!
They were really nice guys. Willing to help me. And I loved how I was able to have my three little ones with me, I felt like I wasn’t being judged. Loved how they weren’t pushy. And helped me stay in my budget.
Great prices and they fix they vehicles before they sell them. I bought 3 vehicles here now and really like their sales guys too. They even give me a way better cost on parts and service at their new shop in Meridian. Ed, the owner is always fun to talk to and a great guy. I'd recommend them to anyone!
I purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler with only 27,000 miles on it. We went to look at it several time. There were a few options that we didn't like but decided they were not a deal breaker as one item we would be able to convert ourselves. As I drove away after purchasing the vechicle I noticed that the A/C did not work. We hadn't tested it before because we assumed that with that low miles nothing should have an issue and the weather was not conducive to turning it on the days prior when we went to look at it. I called them 1 min ofter leaving the lot to ask if they were aware of the A/C not working. I was told no and that it probably just needed a recharge.... OK so thinking that a charge is usally $69 ish not that big of a deal..... WRONG!! it takes the new verison which most shops don't have the equipment to hook up to the new cars yet. They did offer me to take it to there shop and I did but they did not have the proper equipment to help. So I ended up taking it to the Dealer and they took me for $500 to charge the system. It lasted 1 day and back into the shop with a bad compressor at $1000. I called to see if they would be willing to help and they said there was nothing they could do because they really didn't make any money on the car..... well of course not. I would have thought that if this was run through their shop before selling they would have caught this. I would have rather they fixed the A/C and up'd the price then to now have a car payment and repair cost..... The Jeep WAS a good price and now we no why.... Anyone want a Jeep Wrangler I have on for sale......
